National Safe Schools Symposium

Going to school should be straightforward: young people learning in safe and inspiring environments. However, many Australian students experience homophobia, which affects their wellbeing and impedes their ability to learn.

The National Safe Schools Symposium will expose attendees to best practice and innovative ideas around challenging homophobia and transphobia in schools and creating safe and inclusive school environments.

Where: William Angliss Institute, Angliss Conference Centre, level 5, 555 La Trobe St, Melbourne
When: Sat 20 October, 9am - 4:30pm
